Hi to you all as we head on into November and through these huge times, be safe, be the love that you are and gift others your delight.
It’s great to have things to look forward to like a holiday or birthday and the like. And over the years I’ve certainly made and had a feast of things to look forward to. Much of this has been thwarted over the past wee while, but there are other ways of ‘holidaying’ rather than getting caught up in upset about not having what we’ve always had available.
Our inalienable rights though, have asked us to step up and delineate what is rightfully our birthright as a human being in this life, and you decide how that sits for you in your life.
These are indeed interesting times right now as we tread precariously into the Age of Aquarius and watch the fall of what is ready to fall, and birth the new life awaiting us all. Keeping our inner frequencies high so that we can stave off unwanted negative thoughts and energies that lurk and keep us in sadness, fear or and anger. Our responsibility is to maintain our wellbeing.
Being gentle on ourselves and moving on from harshness in a fear-based society, as much is to come down the pike that will require integration, whether to either acknowledge and let go or retain and develop further. These times ask of us to do our own research and work in with like-minded peoples. There is much going on behind the scenes now coming to the surface and to have done your own research and be discerning of what to take on board will assist in the navigation ahead.
I feel often, that being made where I was a lesser place to be, a place I’d prefer not to be! And while in some cases that can be so, that where you are right now might be uncomfortable, it’s however not a place to be missed.
Being comfortable with where we are in our lives is a ‘well done’ stance to contemplate. Often wanting to be some-where other than where you are here speaks volumes of choices that you have made over the time and your sense of self-love.
Rather than berating our ‘self’, it’s in acknowledging where you find yourself emotionally and what can you actually do to feel better? I would encourage to be with ‘self’ and to journal your feelings, rather than give it all over to someone else to have their analysis projected upon it. Its ok to share your thoughts and feelings of course but to miss a moment of acknowledging where you are at, by recognising what is happening within you is to have a greater understanding of yourself. It’s in getting out of the right and wrong, good or bad that we can explore further rather than with learned ‘societal or self’ judgement.
I would consider this initially and allow myself to perhaps see and feel whatever is presenting to notice it and be curious rather than knee jerk reaction. Of course, to predict a situation from this stance right now it’s easy to say rather than to know in the moment what’s occurring. As sometimes of course we need others to assist us….this is about being discerning ok?
Grounding is always a welcoming grace for calming the inner anxiousness.
