November Blog 2024
Greetings to you as we head on into November, it’s almost summer for us in southern hemisphere, as the cools of winter harken back, in the northern…
This is a very good month for grounding and cleansing ourselves and keeping the conversations that we have upbeat and simple. (that really goes for all times but especially now). There is so much unfolding in the world it would be easy to become entangled with the need to be heard, that we miss another’s words. Listening and hearing others and with compassion is the go with our fellow travellers. And possibly what we were wanting to express is no longer relevant or the right moment will arrive to be said. Life truly finds us rather than us force it.
With the current world events this time will certainly be looked back upon as majorly historic, and we all happen to be here to witness the unfolding. We all have our take on the past handful of days and years as everyone has been affected. So now is the time for much more of the ‘be gentle and kind’ as the next wee while is bound to be interesting globally.
And it is ok to have our own ideas of what’s been going on around the world as we all have differing backgrounds and experience, levels of our being, as to what our beliefs entail. As we release the old paradigm and as we learn through our own research and experience just how significant these times are. It is profoundly exciting as it is to embrace the unknown as old systems fall away that no longer fit our existence.
Let’s make sure this world is a place of love and cleaning up the toxic ways in which our planet has become. Such as the foods we eat covered with toxic pesticides, the waterways and thus the water we drink filled with poisons, our skies and what’s falling on top of us from unwelcome poisons in the atmosphere etc. Now is the time to honour our sovereignty and our planet. Not wallow in worry and stress but to have a good daily inner peace practice in place to ensure emotional stability. And to be of assistance in our communities to build our new earth with love. Being in our own tribes of like-minded souls is important moving forward.
It is a part of being human to go through our ups and downs it’s how we learn and grow. We go through several rites of passage as a natural demarcation of the stages of our life. We transition from one age to another, and they can be intense as well as a celebration in growing up, from child to teen and teen to adult and the many stages in between. These stages are not a pathology but stages to embrace and let go of as we transition. The answers are in the personal emotional journey work that we do, the shadow work and looking after ourselves on all levels of our being. The gifts that come from this, firstly, are being our true selves following our true paths and trusting in life not the fear the mainstream have imposed on us through the programs we’ve been bought up on daily.
This brings me to ask that if you were to write a list of the aspects that you love about yourself, what would they be? Along with the aspects that you find a challenge. What you could improve and what would you do about it? Where would you say that you are in your life cycle and how do you feel about where you are in your life? Great questions to ask yourself and to decide what if anything that may require topping up, sorting out and either that is a solo thing or you get the assistance from someone you feel drawn to help you.
If you have any questions, please ask and if you would like to find out more about the work that offer, I am happy to share that with you. You can go through my web site www.frizzkirby.com as to what I offer in healing work.
Much love and peace
