Greetings to you for the month of March.
It has been invigorating to be in amongst rain, big clouds and have a break from constant sun. I was up in Whyalla a week ago, and the skies were filled with clouds, filled with rain and it certainly did pour down.
I didn’t have an umbrella with me and as it was a bit of a walk to the venue I was working at, so I figured I’d need to use a towel over my head for cover up! The rain had been falling solidly for a good couple of hours or closer to 3, but when I left the abode, it abated and all was dry, for a while!
The sun is brilliant that’s for sure, for the growth of the plants, the opportunity to get out into it for a good vitamin D ‘pick me up’ and all else that the sun offers. But it was good to have a break from it for a while! The sun is the best form of Vitamin D.
For physical and emotional support, I thought I would speak about and offer you the Raindrop Technique (RD) & the Crystal Light Bed (CB) for the benefits that they both offer. I have been using these treatments or healing methods for many years now in my clinic with great success.
The RD allows deep relaxation with the calming effects that it has. The exquisite oils, the purest of them all on the market I believe, are used on the feet and our back using a protocol that will assist in whatever your body is working through to assuage and calm the nervous system.
The feet area that is massaged with the oils represents our spine from bottom to top and the protocol for the back varies with each oil and its use.
The oils utilised; 9 of them are Valor (is a blend), oregano, thyme, basil, cypress, wintergreen, marjoram, aroma sieze (is a blend) and peppermint. Each one used specifically for a purpose that will assist our bodies in healing, rest and rejuvenation. It helps with muscular, viral and emotional maladies, reducing pain, reducing inflammation, emotionally uplifting, flush toxins, fatigue and many other aspects in our body that will aid us with.
It is a powerful treatment that I offer and especially if you are feeling sore and emotional or one or the other as it works on all levels of our being.
Many or most or all of us around the world, I have noticed, have been going through a lot of upheaval and feeling unsupported in many aspects of life and at odds with the shape of our world currently. And this is leaving us disconnected and experiencing emotional and spiritual crisis. We need to feel stable and calm and free within ourselves despite what’s going on around the outer.
The RD can certainly give you respite and to give a sense of reconnection to feel energised and content and trust the path ahead no matter what’s appearing. Staying out of fear is important more than ever now.
The Crystal Light Bed I bought back from Brazil several years ago after having used the treatment over there many times. The treatment on its own, is a real gift, I have found it profound and allowing me to settle and embrace whatever I was going through at the time.
And after the initial Raindrop Technique, because there is more time, ( the initial assessment of your wellness and oils checked in on your skin prior to treatment, as for example if you have blood clots I can’t presently work on you until that is no longer a concern, but many issues that maybe experienced there is modification taken into account, oils swapped out) and if the pre conversation is kept to a minimum then the crystal light bed is the next stage if you so wish. Then you have 2 beautiful treatments back-to-back in the one session for the price of the Raindrop Technique which is a bit more than the other work I offer.
It is deep and transformative as you embrace daily life. You lay on the massage table, and the apparatus is above you with x7 Vogel crystals that alternate turning on and off. Each one represents an energy centre from the base of your spine to the crown chakra and above using colour therapy.
The healing work that can and does, through experience and what others have shared, take place is a worthy practice in life. This is a spiritual healing tool tapping into the higher realms of love and light that love and support us all, shifting on from negative parasites.
