A big hello to you, I trust that you are looking after yourself well with purposeful verbiage, that comes from considered expression of the higher frequencies of care, love and honour! 

March, the start of autumn is real favourite time of the year for me, and I’m sure I say this every year. With the pending cold days ahead after the heat of the summer months I am happy about that. Not that we really have the stinking heat like we used to many years ago, or even the freezing colds here in Adelaide compared to places like Canada or the UK, Europe and the USA. We have a moderate climate and for me I consider it beautiful weather for those of us who live in Adelaide. There are some very cold places like Tasmania and Victoria and where I was bought up I considered cold, down the South East of South Australia but it wasn’t snowing ever and rarely did it dip under 0. It’s simply put on more warm clothes!

I recall recently people talking in Europe about being in minus 20 degrees Celsius normalising it and saying that as they were used to it that it wasn’t too bad at all. I found that fascinating as I am not sure I’d feel the same way! The most extreme for me that I’ve been in is around minus13 degrees Celsius, which was very cold.
Anyway, I’ve had my moment of speaking things weather and seasons!



How are you? What are your daily offerings of self-care, self-love, and rest? And, whether that be with just being with yourself or possibly being around others in whatever capacity that is. Have a think about that and ask yourself is it time to dive deeper into self-care? There is quite a bit of intensity going on around us and thus choosing to remain on the outskirts seeing things from a more neutral perspective is going to serve us well.

Speaking of self-care, a great treatment in the physical arena is of course the Raindrop Technique, that I offer. As we are stepping into the cooler months having our body systems in shape is of course optimum. It is optimum all year round but being in tip top shape for the cooler months is the best set up for our inner systems.

And letting go of sayings things like “every year in winter I get sick” and things similar, as let’s face it saying things like that you are expecting yourself to be sick. Why would you do that? As illness like everything is a frequency, you can feel the drop or the waves of worry and fear or sickness.

Having healthful healing tools on board in your home that assist if you feel a bit flat or feel something coming on with your health, then you adopt those approaches if you feel they work for you. If you’re doing the research, you feel drawn to learn and to trust your healthful approach is a good thing. Not everyone is going to get into what you are into, in some cases we’re the only ones in our family who follow a healthy and or spiritual path. And that’s ok.

If we get sick then maybe it’s simply, we need a break, you must decide that. No one’s wrong here but being aware of our body is important, to listen and do what your gut instinct, your intuition tells you that need. Sometimes that’s simply sleeping.

And for a relaxing feel-good top up that will also give your body systems a good boost is the Raindrop Technique, that I have been practicing for around 14 years, using antimicrobial therapeutic grade essential oils. If you have scoliosis, it is very much in service with aiding and with misalignments with the oils used. It’s also supportive for your emotions if feeling stressed out and moves on signs of colds and flu if you’re in the early stages of or assuage if you’re well and truly in the thick of it. Maintaining your wellness is paramount short term and pays off in the long term, for bugs and virus and spinal and overall health.

The oils used are Valor (a blend of oils), Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Cypress, Wintergreen, Marjoram, Aroma Siez (a blend of oils), Peppermint. I do a skin test and ask a series of questions re your health before beginning the protocol as sometimes I weill to swap the oils out if needs be.

The protocol begins with Balancing to have you drift into relaxing state and step out of your thinking mind. Then using the oils on the feet in the area that represents the spine, from the base of the spine all the way up to the top of the head, which is the inner aspect of the bottom of our foot. I measure you before and after the treatment as there is the growth from the stretching and relaxing of the body, which can be as little as a ml or well over a centimetre! Just doing the feet there will be, quite often, significant growth, let alone when I do the oils and work them into your skin on your back. There’s plenty of research that you can do online if you choose to regarding this treatment. Some choose a one off from time to time and others have regular treatments, it is entirely up to you as to what suits you.
