June Blog 2026
Great June to you!

How do we empower ourselves to feel inspired to do the things we love, do and be? Especially if you feel others around you may be in opposition to this. That requires turning around so you don’t sabotage yourself, but become reflective to investigate further if needs be or to be sound with strength to move ahead with what you feel inspired to do.

Getting to know yourself, where you know where on a timeline that you are or stage is important.

How much do you share with others and when is the best time to share what you love doing is also a lesson in boundaries and owning your part in a conversation. It’s all about assessing you and what your needs wants and desires are, and how they turn up in your life. And being ok in feeling deserving of having what you want to show up. As we are all in various stages of our life journey, our own timeline, what we may be doing or not doing differs for us all.

Having the conviction to move forward in your life to follow your path takes determination and value of what you intend. I tend to think of it as a lifestyle, a way of life. And one of which you decide whether you’re in it for the long haul or not. It is up to you, and it’s ok to change your mind. We need to get out of our own way at times with criticism and the gestures of right and wrong, our failures can become our triumphs and quite often when we least expect it.

Choosing the people who are open to your ideas and ways of being, who are supportive to talk to about it also determines if you move forward with plans or simply, just get on with it. Hindsight is a lens we hold in the present, illuminating the past and while it can be informative it’s what matters most is how we act now. Moving onto a project or whatever it is, if you’d known what you learn later, you may have hesitated and not gone ahead. There are many unknowns and comparing self with others doesn’t mean what their achievements or failures are will occur for you.

It’s working on your trust of self, your research and why you’re choosing to do what you want to do. You will know at some stage if you feel confident enough, and with a great team around you etc if needs be.

Mistakes I have learned are foundations for future choices; without them we aren’t growing. Nor are we learning about ourselves, others and situations and getting clear about what you really want to do or what your next steps are in life.

Even the compunction you feel about past choices can become the catalyst that helps you to move forward. I love to write down my thoughts and feelings, whatever it may be as to process the thoughts, takes it to another level of transformation.

I was listening to a teacher I’ve followed for several years, and he was talking about personal transformation and that we often struggle to be more than we are. But with patience, perseverance and processing our inner world, we can move forward trusting the path ahead.

He spoke of issues coming up and once you realise that you have an issue write it down. Then during your day and next to what you have written, mark with a tick or a dot, to record how many times the issue, toxic thought or frustration, occurred on that day. You can do it for many days in a row.
He mentioned that by tracking and paying attention—just by virtue of our intention—we begin to see how awareness itself loosens the grip. By observing these inner patterns without judgment, that awareness gradually softens its hold.
So effectively you don’t need to struggle or manipulate yourself and where you feel shame. You’ve let the field around you and not your ego, do the work. Without judgment or trying to force or supress it, your awareness releases the grip those patterns have on you.

The paradox by not controlling it forcibly but by being aware a natural shift happens and the ego-push fades away. It’s like a gentle letting go rather than a constant battle.

I have found it to be a powerful process and one where my mind clears the clutter and makes way for clarity and sense of steadiness in my ventures.

So, all you need is a piece of paper and jot down what challenges you have, the reoccurring theme of thoughts and then place a tick next to it each time it pops up in your mind during the course of your day. It does shift it, try it and let me know how you go.

Have the humour and courage to be yourself.
Lots of love
Angela

Testimonials
“I am extremely grateful for my inner and outer work with Angela this past year. I went through many changes and was feeling frozen in moving forward. It was as though my mind was playing tricks on me.
The artwork, dialogue, bodywork, and clearing that Angela guided me through was empowering. My inner strength grew as I progressed through the work. I am now aware that I matter, that I am important, loved, and that my presence on this earth makes a difference.
I still refer back to her book, Creating Wisdom and Magic in Life & Love, and find the exquisite mandala paintings deeply inspiring. Thank you, Angela, for encouraging me so positively along my precious life journey.”
