A very Exciting along with a gentle ride, into 2025 for us all. May this year be a loving, fruitful and productive one, and filled with great friends and family to be around, kind of year for us all. No matter what is appearing on the outer we have a choice and let’s choose shining our inner light bright, with strength and love.

The beginning of this new year is a very good time to focus, in on what you are grateful for in your life. You may start with your surroundings at home and at work, both of which could be the same place, your family and friends and whatever other subject or aspect of your life. Write a list of what you are grateful for. You can make this as simple as jotting notes down or have it on a more formal doc with different sections. You make it the way you would like it to be. Why we do this is that it certainly helps us gain perspective of what is in our lives and the values we hold.
Note: I write a list of 10 ‘I am grateful for…’ daily along with my daily writing. It shifts stagnation and is worth the effort. And I ensure this done with feelings of love and acceptance in the moment.

So, notice how you are feeling as you move along with this body of inner personal work of becoming clear about what you’re grateful for, as opposed to the difficulties and shortcomings that you may tend to focus on and invariably then feel disappointment and upset for this moment. Of which then often spirals into more of the same disappointment and suffering that is possible to become addicted to.

You may want to note what was particularly joyful and what may have been difficult that then transformed through doing this. Or what you are grateful for simply without a story other than to acknowledge the experience/s.

And note what are some of the difficulties that came up and have felt like you were hindered by, on your path and what have you learned and are grateful for now? Sometimes you may feel that there was nothing to be grateful for and are in a stage of annoyance, anger or frustration and that the other, whether that be person or situation was to blame and there’s no way you would be grateful. Then there’s work to be done as the situation is triggering you and those frequencies being emitted by you are then detrimental. Low in vibration and you can tend to be irritated and the rest of what can come from that. That energy we make is what can be called loosh which invites more negative feelings and situations that is for another conversation.


It’s good to acknowledge what has occurred and then work through it to see your part in it and what can be done if anything at all. What have you learned, and when you rise above it all without malice, then you are in acceptance and can move on easily and not be triggered by things similar in the future. It’s our personal journey work, cleaning up any residual quagmire that is our job.

As it is early in the year it is the perfect time to do a vision board. And this can be done in many ways. Simply is to gather pictures and words that represent what you love and would love to call into your life and either use a board maybe Masonite or simply paper or cardboard and how big or small is entirely up to you. Or you could use a large piece of cartridge paper or do one on your computer or whatever you choose.

It is important to get into the feelings of each area/picture on the board, tell the story out loud of what it is that you are inviting into your life. Then you can place the board somewhere in your home where you can see it daily. They are helpful that is for sure and are inspiring and assist in becoming clear about who you are and what you wanting to be and do in your life. Especially meaningful if you are at a crossroad. It would be considered a creative process, a stepping stone that is a part of moving forward proactively.

Most important is the feelings and your overall health and wellbeing that is what matters. That can be described well and truly into the vision board and to feel it right now. This will connect on all levels of your being, so you are conscious of feeling inspired and trusting in your life. The opposite of which you say No to when you feel yourself dropping into any melancholy. Remember you can gather or already have a tool kit of natural ways to help with that and ongoing. Australian Bush Flower Essences, Tapping, grounding, walking, writing your feelings down etc.

Sessions with Angela
– I offer sessions one on one from my own private clinic.
